Beth Lennon
Authenticity | Belonging | Connection | Loyalty | Resilience
Beth is a mum to three young children (3, 2 and 6 months) and is currently navigating the beautifully chaotic season of raining little ones while balancing family, work and everything in between.
For the past 11 years Beth has worked as a high school teacher specialising in Personal Development Health and Physical Education. Through her time in the classroom she has developed a deep appreciation for the importance of education, self-awareness and building the foundational habits that support long-term wellbeing.
Alongside teaching, Beth is also the owner of Beth Lennon Nutrition, helping individuals simplify what can often feel like an overwhelming space. She believes that nutrition doesn’t need to be complicated to be effective and that real progress is built through consistency, education and learning to trust the process over time.
Through Beautifully Seasoned, Beth brings a thoughtful and practical perspective to conversations around motherhood, nutrition, mindset personal growth and navigating the many different seasons of life. Her hope is that through honest conversation and shared experiences, people feel supported, understood and reminded that growth doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful.

Authenticity | Connection | Kindness | Optimism | Resilience
Beautifully Seasoned was created from a shared belief that life is lived in seasons and every one of them shapes us. The joyful ones. The challenging, relentless ones. The ones we never saw coming. This space exists for honest conversations, meaningful connection and gentle reminders that growth is rarely linear but every season teaches us a lesson, we just have to be willing to learn.
Katelyn is a mum to three beautiful children (8, 6 and 4), with a fourth due in July 2026. She and her husband of nine years, Thomas, are the owners of CrossFit Dubbo, where community, resilience and showing up (especially when it’s hard) are lived out daily.
Katelyn has also been a primary school teacher for the past 15 years, giving her a deep appreciation for growth, learning, and the power of small, consistent steps over time. Whether in the classroom, the gym, or at home, she is passionate about helping others build confidence, character and courage.
Through Beautifully Seasoned, Katelyn brings her heart for connection, her love of health and wellbeing, and her (at times too) honest reflections on motherhood, identity, relationships and becoming. All while navigating her own evolving season of life.
